To purchase a book or books from our catalogue follow these simple steps:

• Locate the book you want to buy. (Use the search facility if you can't find the book)
• Click the button next to the book you wish to order.
• A pop-up window will open confirming the book has been added to your shopping basket.
• Select more books to add to your basket if required.
• When you wish to complete your purchase click any button and follow the on-screen instructions.
• You will have the opportunity to add, delete or increase the quantity of items before making your final purchase.
• Have your credit card ready.
• Fill in the requested contact and credit card details. We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. We cannot currently accept payments by debit cards (e.g. Switch).
• Security: we use the industry standard SSL system which encrypts all data transferred between your computer and our secure web server - so you can buy with confidence.
• Don't forget to make a note of your order number in case of any queries.

• Books will normally be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of your order and authorisation of your credit card.
• All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. Books are zero rated for VAT purposes.
• Books will be despatched by Royal Mail.
• In case of any difficulty please email or call us giving all the order details and your order number.
• Any disputes will be governed by English law.
• Returns Policy: books damaged in delivery or otherwise faulty will be replaced on receipt of a section of the book showing the damage/fault - you don't need to return the whole book.

Prefer not to put your credit card details online?
We appreciate that some customers do not have credit cards or prefer not to put details online. We offer a conventional mail order service. Just post or fax full order details to the address below. Please don't forget to add the postage charge if applicable - free for UK deliveries, add 15% of order value for deliveries to Europe and 20% to the rest of the world.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch or a UK Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Your order will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.
